A concrete case
The classified zone is watched without entering it
The value of a fixed camera in a pump room is not that it records: it is that it measures without anyone having to walk into a hazardous atmosphere to take a reading. The motor crossed its seventy-degree limit at three in the morning and the alert went out by itself. At that hour there is no round.
