What it takes to evaluate us properly.

The standards catalogue the system uses to justify every threshold, the technical documentation, and what to ask a certified integrator for.

Standards Centre

Every threshold cites the standard behind it

A default value that cites nothing is an opinion, and an opinion doesn't hold up the day you have to justify an outage to the customer, to the insurer or to the regulator. That's why the catalogue isn't an appendix to the manual: it lives inside the platform, next to the field where the number goes.

When a national standard asks for something different from the international one, the national one wins. Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru are catalogued separately for that reason.

Documentation

What ships with the system

Written for whoever installs and operates it, not for whoever buys it. It goes with the delivery and is updated with every release.

  • Commissioning

From the server to the first camera delivering video, with the checklist the system itself uses to say whether the installation is complete.

  • Air-gapped installation

The full procedure for an isolated plant. It isn't a degraded mode: it's a normal installation on a network that never reaches outside.

  • Backup and restore

What gets backed up, how often, and the tested restore procedure — the half almost nobody documents.

  • Deployment modes

Fully local, hybrid or cloud-managed, with what changes in each and what doesn't.

  • Integration and data export

Read API, export, OPC-UA and MQTT. Your data leaves without any third party needing a licence to read it.

  • Glossary

The acronyms in the asset record explained one by one, inside the platform and where they appear.

Sales and technical material

What sits behind a login, and why

Not everything is published openly, and it's worth stating the criterion rather than leaving it to be guessed.

  • Open to anyone

The product catalogue, the capabilities, the real status of every function, list pricing, and the full channel programme with its figures.

  • For partners, with a login

Presentations, comparison sheets, proposal templates and brand material, filtered by tier. It lives in the portal, not in a public folder.

  • Factory only

Internal manuals and net amounts. A partner doesn't see them — and until recently anyone with the URL did.

If you're an integrator and you want the material, the route is the channel programme. If you're a customer and you want the technical documentation, we send it along with the demo.
