Privacy notice
What we collect on this site, what for, and how to ask us to delete it. It is short because this site collects little.
In effect since 18 September 2026
This notice covers the website. The software installed at your plant is governed by its own licence agreement, data processing agreement and service level agreement, delivered with the product.
Who is responsible for your data
Septem Contrôle, S.A. de C.V., tax ID SCO130502Q28, registered at Cordillera de los Andes 417, Morelia, Michoacán, C.P. 58350, México, is the controller of the personal data we collect through this site.
For anything related to this notice, write to [email protected] or call +52 (443) 396 1991.
What we collect
Only what you give us when you fill in the demo request form:
- Name and company.
- Work email.
- Phone, if you choose to give it.
- The sector and the message you write.
- The IP address you sent from, which we keep to stop automated submissions and abuse of the form.
This site does not track you
No cookies, no analytics, no social pixels, no tracking of any kind. We load nothing from third-party servers: no fonts, no maps, no embedded video.
This is not a promise, it is verifiable. The content security policy this site publishes stops your browser from loading external resources, and you can confirm it in your browser's developer tools. Browsing here leaves nothing of ours on your machine.
What we use it for
To answer your request, schedule the demonstration and follow up commercially. Nothing else.
We do not sell, rent or hand your data to anyone for advertising. We do no profiling and make no automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
Our infrastructure providers, only as far as the site and the email need to work: site hosting and the mail service. Those providers process the data on our behalf and under contract, not for their own purposes.
If your request comes through an authorised integrator or distributor, we will tell you before passing your data to them.
Beyond that, there are no transfers. If there ever were, this notice would say so before they happen.
How long we keep it
While the commercial conversation is alive, and up to two years after the last contact. After that it is deleted, unless a legal or contractual obligation requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to give you Access to your data, Rectify it if it is wrong, Cancel it, or Object to our using it — the ARCO rights under Mexican law. You may also withdraw the consent you gave us.
Write to [email protected] saying what you want to exercise and from which address you contacted us. We answer within twenty business days, as the law requires.
No forms, no procedures: an email is enough. Exercising any of these rights costs you nothing and carries no consequence.
How we look after it, and what happens if something fails
Your data travels encrypted and is stored with access restricted to the people who handle commercial enquiries. We keep administrative, technical and physical safeguards against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration and destruction, and we review them whenever what we do with the data changes.
No safeguard is perfect and we are not going to claim otherwise. Should a breach occur that materially affects your rights, we would tell you without delay at the address you gave us: what happened, which data was involved, what we are doing about it and what you can do.
How we tell you if this changes
Changes are published on this page with their effective date. If a change affected the purpose you gave us your data for, we would write to the address you gave us before applying it.
If you are not satisfied
You may go to INAI, the Mexican data protection authority. But write to us first: almost everything is settled with an email.
This notice is issued under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.
