System access
Septem Contrôle runs in your plant, not in our cloud. That is why there is no single sign-in address: there is yours.
If you are a customer
Your system runs on your own installation and opens from your plant's network, at the address whoever commissioned it left you. It is usually a name or an address on your internal network, bookmarked on the control room browser.
If you do not have it to hand, your systems administrator knows it, or the integrator who did the installation. And if neither turns up, write to us: we will find it with you.
If you are a partner
The channel portal —your opportunities, your tier, the quoting tool and the sales material— has its own address, and we hand it over when the agreement is signed, together with your credentials.
If you are a partner and lost it, write from the address you registered with and we will send it again.
Why there is no sign-in button
Because it would be a lie. A system that lives in your plant has no door on our website, and putting one there that leads anywhere only wastes somebody five minutes.
It is the same reason your data never passes through here: video, measurements and history stay in your installation.
