Partner portal
Your opportunities, your tier, the quoting tool with your discount, your customers, your commissions and the sales material, in one place.
Accounts are created by Septem Contrôle when the channel agreement is signed. If you are a partner and do not have yours, write to us from the address you registered with.
Customer portal
Your partner of record, your licence and expansion requests, and the people in your company who can make them.
Access is by invitation, sent by your partner or by Septem Contrôle. The invitation link lets you set your password and turn on two-step verification.
Your plant's system
Video, measurements, alarms and access control run on your own installation and open from your plant's network, at the address whoever commissioned it left you. That is why it has no button here.
It does not pass through the portals either: your video and history stay in your installation. If you do not have the address to hand, your systems administrator or integrator knows it; otherwise, write to us.
How the portals are protected
- Always-encrypted connection: HTTPS only, no exceptions.
- Two-step verification required for every account.
- Accounts by provisioning or invitation only; nobody signs themselves up.
- Each portal reaches only its own functions; the rest of the system is not published.
- Automatic throttling of repeated sign-in attempts.
