What this is

This site belongs to Septem Contrôle, S.A. de C.V. and exists to present our products and receive demonstration requests. By using it you accept these terms.

What the site says is not an offer

Information about products, capabilities and prices is indicative and may change without notice. A commercial obligation comes from a signed quotation or a contract, never from a web page.

Where a capability is in development or in testing, we say so on the page itself. We do not describe as available what is not.

Intellectual property

The text, images, diagrams, screenshots, the logo and the name "Septem Contrôle" belong to Septem Contrôle, S.A. de C.V. or to whoever licensed their use to us.

You may read, print and share these pages to evaluate our products. You may not reproduce them commercially, present them as your own, or use them to train models without our written permission.

Other manufacturers' trademarks shown in the compatibility section belong to their respective owners and are cited only to indicate which equipment the platform works with. They imply no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

Acceptable use

By using this site you agree not to attempt access to non-public parts, not to send false data through the form, not to use automated means to flood it, and not to use it for anything unlawful.

The form has submission limits per IP address. Exceeding them temporarily blocks sending; it is not a penalty, it is a defence against automated submission.

Links to other sites

When we link to someone else's site we do so as a reference. We do not control its content and are not answerable for it.

Availability

We aim to keep the site reachable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or suspend it when needed.

The availability of software installed at your plant is another matter: it is governed by the service level agreement signed with the product.

Liability

The content of this site is provided as is, for information. To the extent the law allows, we are not answerable for damages arising from use of the information published here.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer, nor liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Vulnerabilities

If you find a security flaw in this site or in the platform, write to us before publishing it. Instructions are at /.well-known/security.txt and we answer within business days.

We take no legal action against anyone researching in good faith who does not access other people's data and gives us reasonable time to fix it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of the city of Morelia, Michoacán, México, waiving any other jurisdiction.
