Gas detection

Leak detection and exposure-limit monitoring, over detectors and optical gas cameras from any manufacturer.

Leak detection and repair screen: the LDAR programme under EPA Method 21, with the three-step flow —detect, repair, report—, the reporting period and the counts of components inspected, leaks found and repairs within the deadline.
The whole leak programme, not just detection. The standard requires repair within a deadline and proof of it: the screen carries the component, the date and the repair, which is what an audit asks for.
  • Hardware agnostic

Concentration in ppm, flow in kg/h and CO₂e, whatever detector it comes from. The catalogue does not depend on one manufacturer.

  • Every limit with its source

The one without a source is flagged «to be verified» on the screen itself, instead of passing as good.

  • LDAR campaigns

A leak is followed from the moment it appears until it is repaired and measured again. A finding without closure is not a finding.

  • Crossed with traffic

An undeclared vehicle coming in with an open leak stops being a warning and becomes an emergency.

Why it matters

An exposure limit with no standard behind it is a number somebody typed. When the inspector asks where it comes from, or when an evacuation has to be justified, the source matters more than the number.

How it works

  1. 01

A hardware-agnostic layer ingests concentration in ppm, flow in kg/h and CO₂e, wherever it comes from.

  2. 02

A catalogue of exposure limits with the source cited. The ones without a source are flagged as unverified instead of pretending they were checked.

  3. 03

LDAR campaigns: a leak is tracked from the moment it appears until it is repaired and measured again.

  4. 04

Cross-checked with active gas in the traffic engine: an undeclared vehicle entering with an open leak is one emergency, not two loose alerts.

In practice

Field footage, analysed afterwards

Video shot with a handheld camera on the round is imported, stabilised and run through the same detector as the live feed. The findings land in the same LDAR campaign. There are not two systems and two criteria.

Capabilities

  • Concentration in ppm, flow in kg/h and CO₂e
  • Exposure limits with source cited · two countries verified today
  • LDAR campaigns tracked through to repair
  • Deferred analysis of field video with the live detector
  • Coverage planner

What it does not do yet

  • Quantification is ingested from third-party equipment. Autonomous quantification — computing the flow from our own image — is on the roadmap, not in the product.
  • Exposure limits verified with a source cover two countries. The rest arrive in batches.
